Your mission
  • Market transformationPosition vaylens as a leading E-Mobility solution in Sweden.
  • Customer training: Conduct engaging training sessions (remote and on-site) to ensure optimal product use.
  • Customer engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving: Contribute to product success through hands-on involvement.
  • Feedback collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, driving product improvements.
  • Product development support: Contribute to the growth and success of our product through hands-on involvement and creative problem-solving.
Your profile
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or e-mobility.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a creative and independent working style.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for client calls, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Location: Based in Sweden with occasional on-site visits.
