Your mission

Support market transformation: Assist in establishing vaylens as a leading solution in Sweden and beyond, with the freedom to explore and implement own ideas.
Client interaction: Engage directly with clients, handling service requests and building strong relationships.
Process optimization: Develop and optimize customer processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction, experimenting with new methods as needed.
Product development support: Contribute to the growth and success of our product through hands-on involvement and creative problem-solving.

Your profile

Educational background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical skills: Basic understanding of IT systems; familiarity with CRM tools or even coding is an advantage.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable making client calls and engaging with stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with a creative mindset: Eager to learn, take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and contribute actively to team goals.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Swedish; another Nordic language is a plus.
