Deine Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie für Compleo Ladeinfrastrukturlösungen
Analyse des Marktes und Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Trends im Bereich der Elektromobilität
Verantwortung der Wirtschschaftlichkeit von Produkten
Anforderungsmanagement und Begleitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing, um eine ganzheitliche Produktstrategie zu gewährleisten
Betreuung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produkte, einschließlich Updates und Upgrades

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement für E-Mobility in einem agilen Umfeld
Erfahrung mit OCPP-Backends und Verwaltungssystemen für Ladestationen wünschenswert
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit strategischem und konzeptionellem Denken
Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Verhandlungsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Development and implementation of the product strategy for Compleo charging infrastructure solutions
Analysing the market and identifying customer needs and trends in the field of electromobility
Responsibility for the economic viability of products
Requirements management and support of product development projects from conception to market launch
Close collaboration with relevant departments such as development, sales and marketing to ensure a holistic product strategy
Support for the entire product life cycle and continuous optimisation of products, including updates and upgrades

Your profile

University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or industrial engineering
Several years of professional experience in product management for e-mobility in an agile environment
Experience with OCPP backends and management systems for charging stations desirable
Strong analytical thinking paired with strategic and conceptual thinking
High level of communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
