Deine Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Paymentstrategie für Compleo Produkte
Vorantreiben bestehender Payment-Lösungen wie Kreditkartenzahlungen und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
Analyse des Marktes und Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmodelle im Bereich Payment für Elektromobilität
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing, um Payment-Integrationen nahtlos in Compleo Produkte zu integrieren
Betreuung des gesamten Payment-Prozesses von der Konzeption, über Vertragsabschlüsse bis zur technischen Implementierung

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in Verbindung mit tiefen Fach-, Branchen- und Kundenkenntnissen in Payment Solutions wünschenswert
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement in einem agilen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Payment (Kreditkarten-Terminals und Payment-Gateaways) oder verwandten Branchen der E-Mobility
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Paymentstrategien sowie in der Integration von Payment-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit strategischem und konzeptionellem Denken
Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Verhandlungsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Development and implementation of the payment strategy for Compleo products
Advancing existing payment solutions such as credit card payments and identifying potential for improvement
Analysing the market and identifying new business models in the area of payment for electromobility
Working closely with relevant departments such as development, sales and marketing to seamlessly integrate payment integrations into Compleo products
Supporting the entire payment process from conceptualisation to contract conclusion and technical implementation

Your profile

Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or industrial engineering combined with in-depth technical, industry and customer knowledge in payment solutions desirable
Several years of professional experience in product management in an agile environment, ideally in the field of payment (credit card terminals and payment gateways) or related e-mobility industries
Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of payment strategies and in the integration of payment solutions into existing systems
Strong analytical thinking paired with strategic and conceptual thinking
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
